As a brand new doula in the Canberra area, I am so excited to be here to support you in your pregnancy, birth and post partum journey. As a mum of four myself, I understand the need and want for personalised care as you step into this next phase of your life. You should be guided with compassion and understanding throughout your pregnancy and birth and held with love every step of the way!
PRICING & INFORMATION
Below are my introductory packages for all the options I am currently offering. Each session will include a complimentary zoom/phone call to see that we are a good fit, with absolutely no obligations! We can chat about what it is you are wanting for your care and what I can do for you!
ONE - THE ESSENTIAL PRE NATAL
$500-
This is for all the essential information you want to know to feel empowered in your birth journey with whoever you choose to be there with you as your support person! We will talk about all things you need to get you ready for the next stages of birth and post partum, leaving you confident and educated.
This includes:
Me, anytime you need to chat or have any questions, I will be free to text/call you whenever you need that extra bit of emotional support outside of our sessions.
Two x 2 hour prenatal visits which can take place over zoom or I will come to you and do them at your home. In these session we will talk about anything you have on your mind and any questions you have, as well as:
- Get your birth map created and go over all your birth preferences
- Talk about any concerns or worries you may have leading into birth and ways we can ease them
- Finalise your must haves for birth that your partner/birth partner will need to know
- Do your post partum planning
(THIS IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE) TWO - THE EVERYTHING - PREGNANCY, BIRTH, POST PARTUM (THIS IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)

If you've ever wanted continuity of care throughout your pregnancy, birth and post partum period, this package is the one for you!
This includes:
Me, at anytime of day that you need to text/call me for any extra support or any additional information you need throughout your pregnancy and post partum outside of our sessions.
Our sessions will be three x 2 hour prenatal visits to your home to talk birth preferences, get your birth plan done, chat about anything you are concerned about. You will learn about a physiological birth, pain relief options, both medical and non medical and you will leave your sessions feeling informed and empowered to make the best decisions for you.
You will get access to all that is in my doula bag, which includes a birth comb, affirmations, essential oils, rebozo.
I will be on call for the weeks leading up to your estimated due date as well as providing physical and emotional support for you and your birth partner during labour and for the first 2 hours after birth.
Two x 1 hour post partum visits in the first 6 weeks post partum, to debrief on your birth, do some meal prep for you, watch baby while you shower or take a nap. I will always bring along a meal when visiting post partum and be available to chat about anything you like.
THREE - PURELY POST PARTUM
$750-
If you've heard of the fourth trimester, then you know why post partum care is so wonderful! This package will cover you in your post partum journey, with an ear to listen, a meal at each visit and the option for me to help around the house with whatever needs doing, whether that be the washing, dishes, meal prep, watching baby while you nap or shower.
You will get a 1 hour prenatal session which we can cover your birth preferences and talk about your needs for post partum.
Three x 3 hour sessions

If you book me as your birth doula, I am more than happy to be there in a photographer capacity as well for you! Birth is such a beautiful experience and to have photos to look back on of you meeting the love of your life is pretty damn special! I have been a photographer for over 11 years and I have had the honour of photographing births for many of those years and love that I can offer this to all my birth doula clients now too!
